Order Information

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS).

Sales tax of 9.50% is applied to all orders with a California billing or shipping address.

YEMAK Sweater follows vintage garment specifications, which may differ from modern sizing standards.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard domestic shipping within the U.S.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We ship to non-contiguous U.S. locations (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) via USPS. Additional shipping charges may apply and are calculated at checkout.

Shipping rates (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Return to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us marked “Return to Sender” due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we will refund the original form of payment minus any shipping costs incurred.
International Shipping

We offer free international shipping on orders over $150.

All international orders are shipped via USPS.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. We cannot control or prevent international shipping delays.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, any additional fees incurred will be deducted from your total refund.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

In the same condition as received

Returns received:

After 30 days from delivery, or

In damaged, worn, washed, or altered condition (not due to our error)
may be subject to partial refund or rejection at our discretion.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Verified defective items will receive a full refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or style:

This ensures the fastest processing and inventory availability.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for size or preference-based returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
